SubXTM Plasma Trial Size cfDNA Isolation kit Description
cfDNA isolation from plasma, serum, and urine is based on binding the DNA to a dual-functional substance SubXTM and adsorption onto a solid phase matrix under physiological conditions (e.g., directly from biological liquids). No sample dilution or Proteinase K digestion is required. The DNA isolation procedure involves three conventional steps:
1) DNA binding: simply add 15-50μl of SubX® to the sample, vortex and rotate for a few minutes, then add matrix slurry and rotate for 3-4 mniutes;
2) Washing: 3 brief vortex-spins;
3) Elution: DNA easily desorbed from matrix in a small volume (20-30μl) of elution buffer, which does not affect downstream applications.
